School's been going pretty good. I am in the hardest quarter, Garde Manger. I have decided to take up Pastry next quarter (in about 3 weeks) This is the best decision for my future, seeing that I will have an associates degree in Culinary and in Pastry, which will really help me to get a bad ass job after I graduate <3
I will be posting stuff soon, some being photos, some being drawings.
